How much sodium is in our food?

Hello welcome back to my blog.

Today I have been learning about how much sodium is in our food. A teenager needs around 1500 mg of sodium per day. What are the health risks associated with eating too much sodium. Ham has the most salt.

1 Stroke
2 Hart disease
3 Hart racing

  2. Nice work Quaiden. You have recalled some bad side affects of eating too much sodium/salt. Remember the e in heart.
    Please order the foods correctly from highest to lowest sodium.
